Returns Information
Gp2xstore.com offers 30 days after order has been shipped to file returns. Returns can easily be claimed through your customer dashboard interface. Simply go to your order and click on the "return this order" link.
Returned orders that have been opened are subject to restocking fees up to 20%.
If you believe a mistake was made on your order, please email support@gp2xstore.com to work out a solution.
If an error is made by Gp2xstore.com in processing your order and the item sent is incorrect,
Gp2xstore.com will correct the issue at our expense. All correspondence concerning returns or exchanges must be done via email.
RMA Information
The Gp2x
includes a 12 month warranty on parts and labor. You must
contact obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning
any products. RMA can easily be claimed through your customer dashboard interface. Simply go to your order and click on the "RMA request" Gp2xstore.com will pay for cost of shipping
replacement/repair to customer but shipping costs to Gp2xstore.com are
responsibility of customer.
