Nice but not essential. The strap attaches to a small hole in the side of the GP2x Wiz case, and the stylus + SD card holder attach to the strap.
The stylus is nicer than the one that comes with the Wiz. This stylus is steel, telescopes like an old-fashioned car radio antenna, and fits into the stylus holder in the gp2x leather case. The rest is a bit superfluous if you already have a case, unless you're notably prone to drop the unit.
